Mindsets are different from day to day, I take an approach of flexibility within each session welcoming the creative challenge to tailor movement that will support you best.  

Group Classes

Just you, the exercises, and the apparatus. There’s always such perspective to be found. This provides such a great and clear measure of progress over time.

Classes can be advanced but every exercise is customizable with the opportunity for progressions to meet you right where you’re at.
